Where we ship
- The 50 U.S. states — including Alaska and Hawaii.
- U.S. military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO).
- U.S. territories — Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands.
- International: not at launch. We're working on Canada and the U.K. — sign up at habb.co and we'll email you the moment international ships.

Subtotals are calculated before sales tax. Free shipping is automatic at checkout once the threshold is met. We don't run "free shipping" promos at lower thresholds — the line is the line.
How fast we get it out the door
- Order processing: 1–2 business days from when payment clears. Most orders placed before 11am PT on a business day ship the same day.
- Tracking: a tracking number lands in your inbox the moment the label is generated. It usually starts updating within 24 hours.
- Holiday delays: we publish cutoff dates on the homepage banner in November/December. Orders placed after the cutoff still ship — they just may not arrive by the holiday date.
- Subscription renewals: ship on the cadence you chose. The Customer Portal at habb.co/account lets you advance, delay, or skip a shipment up to 24 hours before the next charge.
Address accuracy
The address you enter at checkout is the address we ship to. Please double-check the spelling, apartment/suite number, and ZIP code before you submit. If you spot a mistake, email hello@habb.co within 1 hour of ordering and we will catch it before it ships. Once a label is generated, USPS controls the package and we cannot intercept.
Wrong address you typed yourself: if a package returns to us as undeliverable, we will email you and re-ship to the corrected address at $7 reshipment cost (or free if we made the typo). Returned packages held by USPS for more than 14 days may be discarded by the carrier.
Lost packages
"Lost" means tracking has not updated for 7+ business days after the package entered the USPS network, or the package was marked delivered but you can't find it.
- Check with neighbors and your building's package locker if you live in an apartment. Drivers occasionally leave packages with a different unit number.
- Look for the package in safe spots near the door — porches, side doors, mailrooms.
- Wait 48 hours after a "delivered" scan — USPS sometimes scans early and delivers the next morning.
- Still missing? Email hello@habb.co with your order number and we will (a) file a USPS missing-mail search on your behalf and (b) ship a replacement at no charge.
We will replace one lost package per order without question. If a customer reports loss on three or more separate orders to the same address, we may pause replacements pending a conversation about safer delivery options (signature required, hold-for-pickup at the post office).
Damaged packages
The terracotta glass bottle is shipped in a corrugated mailer with kraft paper protection. Breakage is rare but it happens.
- Take a photo of the damaged box and the broken/leaking bottle before you discard anything.
- Email the photo plus your order number to hello@habb.co within 14 days of delivery.
- We will ship a replacement at no charge, no return required. The damaged unit is yours to discard safely (the oil is food-safe but the glass is not).
Wrong product or missing items
If you ordered a 4oz bottle and got a 2oz, or your ceramic spoon is missing from the box, email hello@habb.co with your order number within 14 days of delivery and we will send what's missing or correct, free.
Returns and refunds
Product satisfaction returns are governed by the 90-Day Proof. Short version: if you don't love it after 90 days from the delivery date, we refund you. No return required on your first unit. No restocking fee. The full mechanics are at /guarantee.

Carriers and what they see
USPS handles every habb shipment as of this writing. The carrier sees only the shipping label data — name, address, package weight, and the return address (Valiso Ventures LLC, 800 N King Street, Suite 304-3217, Wilmington DE 19801). They do not see what's inside the box, and we do not include any health or supplement language on the outside of the package.
Sustainability note
The mailer is a 100% recycled-content corrugated cardboard. The fill is unbleached kraft paper — no plastic packing peanuts, no air pillows. The bottle is glass (recyclable in any curbside program). The cap is a single material (PP or HDPE — also curbside recyclable in most municipalities). We're not perfect at this yet but we're cutting plastic out where we can.
